Fretz hammers feature beautiful and strong Padauk wood pistol grip handles, oil finished and tapering to a slender neck for flexibility. The head is cast from high grade 420 stainless steel and hardened to 50HRC for maximum durability.

  • Faces measure 1mm x 19mm and 1.5mm x 19mm.
  • Length measures 22.8cm

Zoe ★★★★★

The tapered point digs in cleanly even on annealed copper, leaving crisp, uniform lines without slipping. I’ve used it for a few bracelets and the sharper face really lets me control depth on tight corners. Solid weight in the hand, too.

Madison ★★★★★

The lesser point is perfect for softer texture work, and it feels well-balanced in hand for extended use. Really happy with how clean the strikes come out on copper.

Evelyn ★★★★★

The sharp point leaves such clean, deep lines in copper that it's honestly changed how I finish my pieces. I was expecting to have to press hard, but the weight does most of the work for you.
