Swapped this Delrin die onto my bender before working a batch of soft aluminum rings, and the difference is obvious — no more marring on the surface like I used to get with the metal die. It seats solidly and hasn't shown any wear after a few dozen bends.

I bend a lot of copper and brass rings and the steel die was leaving scratches on the softer stuff. This Delrin one presses clean with zero marring, and it popped into the bender in seconds. Worth grabbing if you work with anything soft.

Swapped this die onto my ring shank bender and it presses against soft wire without leaving a single scuff. The Delrin has just enough give that I can bend tighter curves than the metal die allowed.
