I finally upgraded from my old soldering iron to this kit and the included protective glasses made me feel way safer during my first weld. The lack of chain or jump rings actually simplified things for me since I’m a beginner.

The protective glasses included are a nice safety touch, and the kit has everything I needed to get started on my own pieces. Once I got the tension down, the weld looked just as clean as my shop-bought bracelet.

I already had my own chain and jump rings sitting around, so not having to pay for extras I didn't need was a nice surprise. The protective glasses feel sturdy, not like the flimsy ones you usually get tossed in. Set up my first piece in about ten minutes.
