大多數應用建議的操作速度為 3,000-18,000 RPM（木工為 5,000 RPM）。較低速度可提供更柔和的觸感、更大的靈活性及更細膩的結果。較高速度則提供更強力的材料去除效果。以輕壓方式使用刷毛尖端可最大化碟片使用壽命。

I was pleasantly surprised how these 80 grit radial discs cleaned up the edges on some small aluminum parts without gouging. The 1/16" arbor fit the mandrel perfectly, and each disc held up better than expected for the price.
