Finally got consistent 0.001" foil on my first try with the flat area being dead-on accurate. The ductile frame really cuts down vibration compared to my old mill.

The 4:1 gear ratio makes rolling even thick wire down to foil surprisingly easy. I do wish the maximum opening was just a hair wider for some of my larger stock, but the flat area is dead-on accurate. For the price, this mill handles everything I’ve thrown at it without any flex in the frame.

The gear ratio feels adequate for most jobs, but the maximum opening of 5mm is a bit limiting for thicker pieces. Roller alignment seems decent enough for the price point.
