These little rods fit perfectly into my casting sprue holes. The 1/8-inch size is exactly what I needed, and the brass construction makes them feel like they'll last forever.

The 2" rod is a nice length for gripping, and the 1/8" hole lines up perfectly with my flask sprue base. I’ve used it a dozen times already and the brass hasn’t dulled or bent, which is exactly what I wanted.

The solid brass construction feels weighty and precise in hand, and the 1/8" hole lining up perfectly with my casting setup saved me a ton of frustration on the first pour. The included 2" rod is a nice touch that I actually ended up using more than expected.
